  1. Candidates seeking admission into JNissi High School must have completed at least Primary 5 (or its equivalent) in a recognized primary school within or outside the country.
  2. Candidate must be 10 years old by December of the year of admission
  3. Candidate must be physically and medically fit to be a member of our school community
  4. An admission form is obtained, after which a prospective student writes an entrance examination.

NB: The Admission Form can be completed online. Parents are advised to fill the admission forms correctly. This is to ensure that proper record of information about the applicant is obtained. Those who pass the test and interviews consequently get an offer of admission and parents are usually required to pay an admission fee.

Official Documents Required for Admission:
  1. Birth Certificate (Affidavit/Age Declaration NOT acceptable)
  2. 2 Recent Passport Photographs
  3. International Passport (for Foreign Students)
  4. Child’s Immunization Card
  5. Report Card / Transfer Documents from previous school.

Please submit the following on entry:

1. A completed and signed Application Form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

2. A completed Medical Form and copies of vaccination record.

3. Academic Records:

Primary School – Official report cards for the last completed school year and the current school year, if applicable.

5. Two photos (passport size) with name of the student printed at back of photos.

7. Payment of a non-refundable acceptance fee of =100,000…… is paid to acknowledge your acceptance of the admission and it forms part of the school fees. Acceptance fee is a non-refundable deposit because it is part of the admissions process.

School Fees

Details of fees and levies can be obtained from the accounts department of the school.

All fees are paid into the school's bank account.

The fees for each term should be paid on or before the first day of the term.

Notice of an increase in fees is usually given a considerable time before hand.

School fees are paid termly, but  are due on or before the first day of school. These include Registration, Tuition and Feeding among others.

Fees are subject to upward review only when necessary.

Full and prompt payments made annually are discounted.

Mode of payment: Only payment made payable to the school account above are acceptable.
